After 20 years in the dairy farming industry, our President, Paul Green Jr., decided to turn his side job making milking parlor equipment for a company in Hagerstown, Maryland, into his full-time job in 1998. Turning part of his dairy farm into a fully equipped custom welding and machining facility, Green Glade Welding has grown over the years to employ 3 full-time and 3 part-time employees.
Through it all, our dedication to providing a quality product alongside exceptional, personalized customer service has always been foremost in our minds.
